Daily Question

Afternoon. Todayy I’m going to have a bit of a rant. Twice, lately, I’ve had clients tell me about getting worrying news from their care providers over the phone and with little compassion. They have been left with no support and no information and told to wait for a letter in the mail. This has left them feeling scared for their baby and in one case for themselves. Surely it can’t be that hard to take a minute to consider the emotional outcome of your call. Today’s question: Were you ever given worrying news over the phone whilst pregnant?
